When I was younger I was known as the one with the "sweet tooth", always the one that was looking forward to eating desert, so much so that often I did not eat my dinner I just waited till it was time for dessert. Now, when I go to the super market I will go to the section that has the cream cakes and the iced buns. Since I have grown up, I have realised that it is important to have a healthy balance of the food to eat, and also that it is ok to treat yourself. The key is to listen your body and to eat when you are hungry and not let cravings take control over what you eat.
Do you find that often you do not have the will power to stick to a diet?

Often it is the craving that kicks in and takes over causing you to delve into the chocolate cake and we cannot remove cravings consciously, this is an unconscious process of braking the pattern.
